About these terms

Accounts and free trials

• Workspaces are created by our team on request; there's no public sign-up.
• Free trials last 14 days and come with no obligation to buy. We may decline or end a trial at our discretion.
• Your company's admin is responsible for the people they invite and for keeping logins secure.

Pricing and payment

The hosted plan is charged per account per month at the price shown on our website when you subscribe. We'll give you notice before any price change. Self-hosted setups are quoted and agreed separately.

Using TimeLit responsibly

TimeLit can record work time, activity, app and website names and, if enabled, screenshots. You're responsible for using these features in line with the laws that apply to you, including telling your team what is recorded and getting any consent required where you operate.

Acceptable use

Don't use TimeLit or this website to break the law, to access data you're not allowed to see, or to disrupt the service for others.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep TimeLit running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, Weblit Studio isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using TimeLit at any time. We may suspend accounts that are unpaid or that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
